Hi, I’m Wanda Edgerton, founder of ClearPath Advocates.
My mission is to help homeowners facing property tax challenges, inherited property issues, and difficult housing situations understand their options and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Years ago, I helped a family member move from a shelter into a home because I believed that when someone crosses our path in need, we should do what we can.
That same philosophy guides my work today.
At ClearPath Advocates, my goal is simple: to provide calm guidance, clear communication, and practical solutions when life feels overwhelming.
